Everything about the hotel was commendable; however, the spa lounge stood out as a highlight, providing a serene retreat amidst our busy schedule. The attentive staff, particularly Leticia, ensured we had a comfortable ground floor room, which was a significant advantage given the heat wave. The air conditioning was exceptional, adding to our overall comfort.
